The dual-degree program at LSU Health New Orleans School of Medicine and the LSU School of Public Health offers a unique opportunity to combine clinical training and population-health leadership. - The deadline to apply to the LSU School of Public Health for the MD/MPH program is May 1
- MPH application form including:
- Signed Release of Admissions Records from LSU School of Medicine
- Statement Stating Why You Wish to Pursue an MPH Degree
All pieces must be submitted prior to May 1 on the LSU School of Public Health’s Application Portal
