About the LSU School of Public Health’s Off-Campus Instructional Site (OCIS) in Baton Rouge
Located in Louisiana’s capital city, the LSU School of Public Health’s presence in Baton Rouge offers students a dynamic and engaging environment to begin their public health careers. Based in Coates Hall on the LSU Baton Rouge campus, the program provides a convenient,
collaborative learning environment within the larger LSU community. Designed with
flexibility in mind, the Baton Rouge location supports both traditional students and
working professionals, making it easier to balance graduate education with career
and personal commitments.

As part of our commitment to supporting students at every stage of their academic
journey, the LSU School of Public Health has a dedicated Off-Campus Instructional
Site Administrator based in Baton Rouge. Madison Ledet serves as an on-site resource for prospective and current students, providing guidance
on program information, navigating campus resources, and supporting the overall student
experience.

Parking on the LSU Baton Rouge Campus
Visitors to the LSU School of Public Health in Baton Rouge have two parking options: metered parking or visitor permits.
Metered Parking
Available weekdays from 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. in designated Pay-to-Park spaces.
