The LSUHSC School of Public Health provides services to our communities in New Orleans and the State of Louisiana through its research and service programs. Our goal is to provide for the health of our community through innovation in research and service.
Our research and service programs have been developed by our faculty in several areas and disciplines of public health that lend themselves to interdisciplinary collaboration. Through research and service programs the LSUHSC School of Public Health has great outreach into the community and also provides for excellent opportunities for our students to gain valuable hands on experience in a real world public health setting.
