  Designing a form requires a client's imagination and the Epi Data Center's patience. Any type of information, be it a name or a date or a free-form suggestion can be included. Forms can be any number of pages in length.

• Scanning

Scanning a form requires all pages of the designed form to be present. The high-throughput capability of the Fujitsu fi-5750C scanner allows for rapid scanning of many pages, whether it be a single 20 page form or 20 single page forms.

• Verifying

Verifying a form requires evaluation of the completed form and confirmation from a person that the best guess answers are truly correct. Of the three phases, it can take the longest amount of time depending on how many fields require personal attention.
